Tickets from Euroteam - your own risk

Here is a description of how it works (or not actually), when you buy tickets from Euroteam. Note, you can get lucky and get your tickets, but this has happened frequently:

You order your tickets in good time, and pay your money to Euroteam.
Euroteam doesn't have the tickets but will try to source them for you.
If they get them cheaper than what you paid for them, will get your tickets. If prices are higher on the market, you have a problem! Euroteam will then not buy you any tickets.
Euroteam will continously push forward the time of delivery all the way to that you will get them outside jut before the event. You will get explanations that they are travelling to hotels delivering, and "you will get them soon". Then you are likely to get the message that they have failed to get you any tickets, in the last minute.
You have travelled to got to an event, have taken all the cost for this, and have no other chance of getting any tickets. The cost of travel hotel etc and pain of missing the event you wanted to see are yours to suck up.

If you are lucky, you will get your money back after a lot of processing and a lot of time. I have not heard of anybody getting any compenstion for all other cost. Money back for the tickets - at best.

Euroteam will in the worst case, for them, have "borrowed" your money for a few months before paying them back to you (or keeping them in some cases). The best case is that they find the tickets cheap and sell them to you with a profit.

But the risk is all yours, and Euroteam just fails to deliver if they are not making a profit on what they sold you.

Euroteam Scam - El Clasico November 2009

Euroteam is a scam and sells tickets they cannot deliver.

We bought tickets from Euroteam.net in September for the El Clasico in the end of November 2009. We paid upfront, and paid extra for having them delivered one week ahead of the game.

We had continous contact with them, and they promised the tickets were OK. When they weren't delivered when promised, they said they would be delivered to our hotel in Barcelona. As we were promised our tickets, we didn't cancel our trip, but payed for the flight and hotel and went to Barcelona.

The tickets did not show up on Saturday as promised. When we called, we we're told that they were being delivered, and that there were many tickets being delivered and that it would take time. But we should relax and look forward to enjoying the event. The tickets should be delivred on Sunday - the day of the match - latest at 14:00.

The morning of the day of the match they say that tickets are on the way, when we call.

Six hours ahead of the match, they call and say that no tickets are available.
Their supplier has not delivered any ticket. When trying to argue they hang up the phone, when we call them again. We are now in Barcelona, have paid a flight and hotel, and have no tickets to the game, with six hours to go.

Thanks a lot Euroteam!

We have now been promised to get a refund for our tickets. But that will take minium four weeks!!!. We paid them over two months ago. I wonder if we ever get our money back.

Euroteam is a scam - avoid them!

EDIT: We have gotten the money back. However no coverage for the cost of flying to Barcelona, or hotels etc. And definately not for all the trouble and anticipation that turned intoe a disaster.
I have been contacted by several people who have not got a refund for the same match. We were lucky. My advice is to contact EU's consumer organisation.

This is a totally different thing, but still very cool products. And these products do deliver.

    Same thing happened to me.. we bought four tickets one month before the el clasico match FULL PAYMENT in cash, and they promised to deliver our match tickets to our hotel on the day of the match! You were lucky to get a phone call saying your tickets were not available! We got a call saying that our tickets are available at a Hotel nearby the Camp Nou stadium, and there were more than 40 people standing in line, we were there for 2 long hours and guess what happened at the end, The guys from euro team show up and told us we have no tickets available, they were stolen!!!

    and they have not refunded one penny back to us yet!! EURO TEAM IS A SCAM. be careful everyone.

    Don't buy tickets from Euroteam.net. They are thieves. Not only they does't deliver the tickets, but they promise that the tickets will be delivered, you pay flight, hotel, everything, and thei call and tell you they couldn't find tickets for you. I was Euroteam.net victim, for U2 concert in Paris, and also 2 other friends of mine. I was refund because I shout and insult them (may payment was one year before the concert), but my friend cannot reach them anymore. EUROTEAM.NET=FRAUD
