They describe the issues they are having with Euroteam, and how you could go about reporting them. Be warned though, it is a cumbersom process that takes time. Especially since Euroteam is stalling the process, and hopes the consumer gives up.
But if you do get scammed on tickets by Euroteam - do report it as the site recommends!

Euroteam Concert Tickets
Euroteam does not only sell ticket to sporting events. They also sell ticket for concerts etc.
After getting comments here, I have now understood that Euroteam is cheating people also on concert tickets. They get the money early in a payment, but never deliver any tickets. If you are lucky, Euroteam might refund you. But you have been without your money for a long time, and you have bought flights, hotels etc. And you do get utterly dissapointed.
Stay away from buying Euroteam concert tickets. It is a fraud!

El Classico Madrid 2010 - Euroteam
Yesterday the second match between Real Madrid and Barcelona was played. Barcelona with Messi won this leg too, and now takes the lead in La Liga.
Despite a great game, I wonder how many people was left outside with no tickets. I obviously think of those who bough tickets from Euroteam. Euroteam have cheated people on ticket before, and I can only hope that the number of people this time around was limited.
If it has happened to you, remember to report it so that this company can't go on and cheat people of their paid tickets.

Euroteam scams continues
I continously get info and emails telling me that Euroteam has not refunded people for tickets not delivered to Barcelona - Real Madrid in November 2009.
Watch out if you try to buy tickets from Euroteam, you might not get them.

Euroteam Scam - El Clasico November 2009
Euroteam is a scam and sells tickets they cannot deliver.
We bought tickets from Euroteam.net in September for the El Clasico in the end of November 2009. We paid upfront, and paid extra for having them delivered one week ahead of the game.
We had continous contact with them, and they promised the tickets were OK. When they weren't delivered when promised, they said they would be delivered to our hotel in Barcelona. As we were promised our tickets, we didn't cancel our trip, but payed for the flight and hotel and went to Barcelona.
The tickets did not show up on Saturday as promised. When we called, we we're told that they were being delivered, and that there were many tickets being delivered and that it would take time. But we should relax and look forward to enjoying the event. The tickets should be delivred on Sunday - the day of the match - latest at 14:00.
The morning of the day of the match they say that tickets are on the way, when we call.
Six hours ahead of the match, they call and say that no tickets are available.
Their supplier has not delivered any ticket. When trying to argue they hang up the phone, when we call them again. We are now in Barcelona, have paid a flight and hotel, and have no tickets to the game, with six hours to go.
Thanks a lot Euroteam!
We have now been promised to get a refund for our tickets. But that will take minium four weeks!!!. We paid them over two months ago. I wonder if we ever get our money back.
Euroteam is a scam - avoid them!

EDIT: We have gotten the money back. However no coverage for the cost of flying to Barcelona, or hotels etc. And definately not for all the trouble and anticipation that turned intoe a disaster.
I have been contacted by several people who have not got a refund for the same match. We were lucky. My advice is to contact EU's consumer organisation.
This is a totally different thing, but still very cool products. And these products do deliver.
